BPJS Kesehatan (Health Social Security Organizing Agency) is a Public Legal Entity that is directly responsible to the President and has the task of organizing National Health Insurance for all Indonesian people, especially for Civil Servants, PNS and TNI / POLRI, Veterans, Independence Pioneer Pension Recipients along with his family and other Business Entities or ordinary people.
BPJS Kesehatan is the organizer of the social security program in the health sector which is one of the five programs in the National Social Security System (SJSN), namely Health Insurance, Work Accident Guarantee, Old Age Guarantee, Pension Insurance and Death Guarantee as stated in the Law Number 40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System.
BPJS Kesehatan together with BPJS Employment (formerly called Jamsostek) is a government program in the National Health Insurance Unit (JKN) which was inaugurated on December 31, 2013. BPJS Kesehatan began operating on January 1, 2014, while BPJS Employment began operating on July 1, 2014.

a. Pelayanan Peserta (front liner), (Kode Peminatan: FLR)

a. Pelayanan Peserta (front liner), (Kode Peminatan: FLR)
- Verify, store, update, search again, validate, and distribute membership documents or data.
- Carry out data verification and validation
- Recapitulate the number of forms
- Record the participant's identity and information requested about communication and providing information directly
Special requirements:
- Happy to serve;
- Have good communication;
- Friendly.
b. Administrasi Kepesertaan (Kode Peminatan: ADK)
- Recapitulate participant data.
- Reconcile participant data with Business Entity (BU).
- Carry out recording and monitoring activities on the distribution of Healthy Indonesia Cards
- Request and carry out activities to monitor card returns (participants leave, family doctor changes / general data, products).
Special requirements:
- Like with a lot of data;
- Has the ability to process data with Excel;
c. Penanganan Pengaduan Peserta (Kode Peminatan: PPP)
- Receive escalation of complaints from participants from Participant Service Staff
- Receive participant complaints
- Provide explanations to participants and resolve participants' complaints
- Make a visit related to resolving complaints to participants
Special requirements:
- Empathize with other people's complaints;
- Glad to provide solutions to the difficulties of others.
d. Relationship Officer (Kode Peminatan: RLO)
- Implementation of Activities on the socialization of BPJS Health Insurance program Direct Health Business Entities or Legal Entities (Visit Activities)
- Recruitment of Wage Recipient Workers
- Telemarketing
- Maintain partnership relationships with Business Entities
- Monitoring Participant Registration and PPU First Fee Payment
- Monitoring PPU Participant Registration
- Updating the potential data of business entity workers
Special requirements:
- Preferably have experience as a marketing force;
- Has a minimum motorbike vehicle and SIM
e. Administrasi Perluasan Kepesertaan (Kode Peminatan: APK)
- Verify, store, update, search again, validate, and distribute documents or data;
- Making relevant activity reports related to the scope of work on a regular basis;
- Evaluate and provide input to the work unit related to applicable guidelines.
f. Penagihan (Kode Peminatan : PNG)
- Conduct activities related to the management of the validity / validity of contribution billing data through coordination with membership administration staff including collection of analytical data and contribution calculation results based on membership data master files
- Manage billing administration and carry out billing activities starting from the 1st to the 10th of each month to participants and employers
- Coordinate with inspector officials related to compliance with payment of contributions from participants and employers after conducting contribution collection activities in accordance with the SLA
Special requirements:
- Accustomed to seeing rupiah numbers;
- Have negotiation skills.
g. Umum dan Kesekretariatan (Kode Peminatan: UKS)
- Carry out maintenance, repair or service of transportation equipment (routine and non-routine)
- Carry out asset maintenance
- Code the assets according to their classification and work units that need them
- Sort letters according to predetermined classifications
Special requirements:
- Helpful
- Happy tidiness
h. Administrasi Pemeriksaan (Kode Peminatan: APM)
- Monitoring and evaluating data giving for non-compliance;
- Data checking
- Field check
- Reporting non-compliance to relevant government agencies
i. Pengelolaan Fasilitas Kesehatan Primer (Kode Peminatan: PFP)
- Registration of primary health facilities;
- Implementation of partnership meetings with health facilities;
- Supervision of primary health facilities.
Special requirements:
- Likes to connect with doctors, clinics, and or health centers;
- Accustomed to making reports;
- Have the ability to evaluate and make feedback.
