PT Aisin Indonesia Automotive's factory was established in Cikarang and Karawang. In Karawang, the Aisin Indonesia Automotive factory stands on 12 hectares (ha). The investment value is Rp 1.1 trillion and produces around 6 million component units per year. The factory was inaugurated on September 28, 2016. The factory in Karawang produces components for cars such as garnish pillars, door handles, power seat motors, power sliding doors, engine front modules, oil pan, oil pump and water pump.

Requirements
- Graduates from S1 Industrial Engineering
- Minimum department accreditation B (BAN-PT)
- Minimum GPA of 2.85
- Maximum age of 26 years (as of April 30, 2019)
- Understanding basic TPS (Toyota Production System) is preferred
- Understand basic TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
